They’re only $4.99 and for that price the quality is excellent!!!

The pigmentation is very good. No chalky colors, all the colors are easy to blend and soft. the texture actually kind of reminds me of NYX eyeshadows! there are 2 other palettes, one of blues and the other is pinks/purples. The only downside is that the packaging is cheap.. no  biggie, but there could have at least been some plastic shrink wrap around the palette! Ah, well, for $5 why complain?

I hope I see this at another Walgreens soon! I actually grabbed the last one on the shelf from my local store.

they’re so cute! the patterns are designed by amy ormond who was inspired by vintage prints.

emery boards come in a trio pack ($4.95) and the pocket mirror ($5.95) has a message inside!

they have other designs as well. 🙂 just thought i’d mention that the mirrors will need some T.L.C. because it’s made of paper.. so if you’re the type of person who prefers to be able to just chuck it in a bag, this might not be for you! 😮 on the other hand, they are thin and compact and have a very detailed art featured on every inch of the product 🙂 i think these would make really nice gifts / party favors.

mine didn’t turn out as nice as hers though 😦

now moving on to the 4 way nail buffer that Jessica from Born Pretty sent me 🙂

step 1: file nails! i wouldn’t recommend if you want to file a lot because this is a very fine grain. it’s better for touch ups, after 1 or 2 uses you probably will have to dispose of it.

step 2,3: sand nail surface!

step 4: buff surface 🙂

i wouldn’t recommend using this too often (eg every day).. you are sanding off your nail after all– so you’re thinning your nail 😮 though you probably won’t be doing that anyway! one buffing is enough for 2-3 weeks for me~

Hi everyone! Sorry for being MIA for the past few weeks. 😦 I’ve been really busy with work and school. My current work place allow allows for neutral pinks and nudes for nail color so that’s why I haven’t been doing any new designs. ;_; Anyway! I managed to do something this Wednesday. (I’ll have to take it off soon for work.. darn..)
